At CMM Consulting
Incorporated, we are as concerned with the safety and fair treatment
of our employees and partners that provide our services as we are with
the quality and effectiveness of the services themselves.
As a growing U.S.-based
company, we will build client and contractor relationships around the
world. In doing so, we must establish international workplace and business
practice standards. These standards must not only reflect our need to
conduct all business in a responsible manner, but they must also respect
the cultural, ethical and philosophical differences of the countries
in which our business partners and we operate.
These Principles
set standards for our consulting services in every location in which
they are delivered.

Principle 1
Observance of Applicable Law
The CMM Consulting, Inc. expects its business associates to observe and
comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States as
well as the laws and regulations of the country of origin. We also expect
its business associates to refrain from behavior or practices, which,
though not strictly illegal, are widely considered unethical. We value
sincerity, candor, truthfulness, the keeping of promises and transparency
in its business associates.

Fair Employment Practices
CMM Consulting, Inc. believes in the dignity, and value of every employee.
We seek business associates who avoid discriminatory practices and who
guarantee equal treatment and free association for all of their employees.
Fair employment practices include:
- Fair compensation
and wages for working hours applicable with local industry standards.
- Safe and healthy
workplaces for workers in compliance with local health and safety industry
regulations. Adequate training and precautions must be taken if workers
are working with dangerous substances.
- Workers Housing
must meet the same standards as workplace health and safety.
- We will not conduct
business with any business that uses child labor. Child labor is defined
as any person younger than the age for completing compulsory education.
- We will not do
business with anyone using prison labor, forced labor, indentured labor,
or who uses corporal punishment or other forms of mental or physical
duress to enforce discipline or production quotas.

Responsible Environmental Practices
CMM Consulting, Inc. believes that a business should protect, and where
possible, improve the environment, promote sustainable development, and
prevent the wasteful use of natural resources. We expect our business
associates to comply with all current local environmental laws and regulations.
Additionally, we encourage our business associates to promote responsible
environmental practices.
