VERIO - Project Management and System Development Methodology

Objective: Verio, Inc was entering a period of rapid growth. The organization scheduled several enterprise-wide system projects to occur over the company's fiscal year. Improvements in efficiency and effectiveness in the management of projects had a direct impact on the organization's profitability. The company was concerned that the level of effort required for projects was too high, and that projects could be done more efficiently.
